We collect information you give us directly, for example through contact forms on this site, email, WhatsApp, a scheduling tool, or live chat, where these channels are used.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

5. AI data processing

Information submitted to us, including through AI-assisted tools, may be processed using trusted third-party AI providers as part of delivering the service you've requested.

6. Third parties

Depending on the project, we may share information with trusted service providers, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. These typically fall into a few categories:

AI providers, to power chatbots, agents, and automations
Workflow and data tools, to build and run the automation itself
Scheduling tools, where used to book calls
Cloud hosting providers, to store and run what we build

We only use reputable providers, and only share what's needed to deliver the service.

7. Cookies

This website does not currently use tracking cookies. If that changes, for example through the addition of analytics or a live chat tool, this section will be updated to explain what's used and why, and how you can manage your preferences.

8. Data retention

We retain information, such as client data, chat history, and backups, only for as long as necessary to deliver and support the services you've engaged us for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption where appropriate, secure cloud providers, limited staff access, and password protection. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Because our clients and their contacts may be located outside South Africa, for example in the UK, Europe, the USA, or Australia, personal information may be processed by service providers located internationally. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers wherever this occurs.

11. Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

Be told what personal information we hold about you and why
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
Object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled
